The room with a nice view. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of town. Further, it was really close to restaurants, an alley and town square near many restaurants.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of town and close to everything. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the restaurants, shops, and nightlife in the area. The room itself was modern and spacious, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed a quiet night's sleep. The staff was also top-notch, providing excellent service and giving us helpful recommendations for local spots. Free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV added to the convenience and comfort of our stay. we were thoroughly impressed with this hotel!

I loved the natural light that came through the big windows in the living room area. The view of the courthouse was amazing and the bedroom was nice and dark, perfect for promoting sleep. The suite was nicely decorated and very clean. The location was excellent and within walking distance of the events I attended. The Courtyard Suite had a full bedroom and kitchen/seating area, which was very comfortable and clean. The snacks provided were reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Suites At 118 for its cleanliness, comfort, and great location.

What a fabulous space! I stayed at this hotel in the heart of IU for 4 days, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The location was ideal, with cute shops right downstairs. The modern decor and amazing views made the space feel beautifully decorated. The bedroom was quiet and provided a comfortable night's sleep. Mark, the staff member, was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants, parking, and anything else we needed. it was a great vacation and I wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely be returning!

The apartment itself was modern, spacious, and clean, with all the comforts I needed for a comfortable stay. The upgrade to a larger room was a pleasant surprise, and I appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Despite the lack of windows, the room was well-maintained and I had a restful night's sleep. The innkeeper, Mark, was also very helpful with providing recommendations for local restaurants and assisting with any requests during my stay. I would highly recommend Suites At 118 for a fabulous stay in Bloomington!

Spent my Xmas at this hotel and it was such a wonderful experience. The complimentary breakfast and hot chocolate were a major highlight and really added to the holiday cheer. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town and close to all the shops and restaurants. The room was very spacious and I loved the modern decor. Best of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside to the room was the lack of natural light. With no windows, the room felt a bit dark and cramped at times.

The owner personally contacted, upgraded to suite, early check-in, perfect location, walkable to restaurants and campus, fabulous modern space with amazing views.

Can't fault anything about it.
